Welcome to Twilight Designs 3D! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and webshop, located at www.twilightdesigns3d.com, and your purchase of our 3D-printed lamps and other electrical products.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer, purchase, and agreement made through our webshop by consumers located in the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products and Availability

We offer custom and pre-designed 3D-printed lamps and other electrical items.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include 21% Belgian VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
Payment methods include [Bancontact, PayPal, credit/debit cards, etc.].
Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Belgium and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers are beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your product.

Exceptions apply:

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right, notify us via email and return the product in its original condition within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

7. Returns and Warranty

Our products come with a 2-year legal warranty under Belgian and EU law.
If your product is defective or damaged, contact us at clement@e-solutions.systems with photos and a description.
We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue and within a reasonable period.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, website content, and imagery are the intellectual property of Twilight Designs 3D and may not be used without written permission.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation of our products
Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal data in compliance with the GDPR. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Your data will only be used for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels.
You may also submit complaints via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
